Great experience from start to finish! Had good chemistry with the salesperson Robert - low key, but very responsive and pleasant disposition. Perfect match for my wife and me. I appreciate that he let the car sell itself - we bought a 2026 X5 M60i, after cross-shopping with the Cayenne and Mercedes AMG. Terrific deep dive with Jaren into the systems on delivery, and the closing/finance process with Jonathan was smooth, with just the right amount of “salesmanship”. Highly recommend BMW of Ridgefield.

BMW of Ridgefield….Steve and colleague's in Service did a great job getting my Z4 ready for 2025…First got a new battery service..Second coordinated to have a hood dent fixed and Third getting the car detailed. The car came out great and looked like new as if it just rolled out of the dealership.
Do not waste your time and money!! You get better results at a zoo.... This is the place to go if you hate your money and have nothing but time to kill. Buyer beware!!! They truly deserve zero stars...............
Cannot trust service department going forward. Service advisors work on commission at all dealers and maximizing income is built in, but initially being overcharged $ 2700. + tax for brakes by a very experienced advisor, then having price “adjusted” after attempting to stop the job, was fishy. They did not monitor brake pad wear on any previous visits, wonder why? Sometimes when you go along with all the various fluid flushes, filter replacements, alignments etc., you can be taken for a fool.
This was my second terrible experience at BMW of Ridgefield (746 Danbury Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06877). I paid thousands of dollars for repairs that didn’t fix the coolant leak. Both times the car was returned dirty and still not properly repaired. The second time, I was promised a rental — after waiting an hour, I was told none were available. Now my move to a new state is delayed, my job and housing are at risk, and all I’ve gotten from the staff are repeated apologies. I would not recommend this service center. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Mike at the Ridgefield Collection was great! He knew his stuff and did not pressure me at all. It was as stressless as a car buying experience could be. I went to BMW for pickup and it was a quick painless experience where Anastasiia went over all the paperwork work with me very thoroughly. She also was able to handle the DMV aspects of the new car, so all I had to do was get in it and drive away!
Fantastic BMW dealer! I had an amazing experience when I purchased my new all-electric BMW i4 M50 sedan. What a wonderful car! The service department as well is top notch! They actually delivered a loaner car to my home 30 miles away and delivered my car back to my home after routine maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership!

Poor communication and no respect for my time. This is my 3rd BMW from this dealership but customer service has disintegrated. Administrative support staff are pleasant, mechanics capable, but there’s a disconnect in between. Had oil service last week that was frustrating and overpriced…received video inspection at 10 am. I asked for status at 2pm and the advisor sent me the same video as if it were new and suggested I leave the car overnight for recommended work, which was impossible as it is a 90+ minute trip in the opposite direction of my office (3 hr round trip.) After a lot of back and forth the mgr made the deal work. It did take patience on our end as we were gonna walk away however he decided an error on their part was actually validated as the sales advisor did not know her facts with warranty on CPO cars. Always my go to dealer and the finance mgr was spot on ! He was personable and could not have been easier to work with ! Represented BMW of Ridgefield very well !

BMW of Ridgefield started with good communication and made a good deal to sell me a used Ferrari California T and ship it to me to California. Once I signed the paperwork, communication was lacking from their finance contact, and I had to make multiple phone calls to have progress made.
The car was finally shipped and arrived via a guy with a car trailer. I expected a reputable car carrier to deliver my Ferrari. Instead BMW of Ridgefield decided to save a few dollars and the car arrived with $25k worth of front end damage that occurred during transport.

I chose to wait while my car was serviced, as I was told the wait would be 90 minutes. The wait was 3 hours! I was there to have my rear view mirror remounted and was told the windshield would have to be replaced so decided to forgo replacement. Instead of reinstalling the mirror as it was when I arrived, service left the dissembled mirror on my car seat, leaving me with no rear view. The visit was unprofessional and poorly communicated.
They’re service was excellent, very thorough, and I was kept updated every step of the way. I highly recommend their service.

I stop by for my tire pressure issue. They find a problem with it. Get a new tire and car check throughly within 90 mins. It was much smoother than I expected. Overall, the service is very good.
